Return and Refund Policy
At Whatever Clothing, your satisfaction is our top priority. Since our products are custom-made using a print-on-demand service, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at mywhatever.clothing@gmail.com . Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We will assess the problem and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom and Personalized Products: Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or errors on our part.
  • Buyer's Remorse: Returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other buyer's remorse situations are not accepted.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. Please carefully review sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Return Address
As our products are shipped directly from our print providers, we do not have a centralized return address. If a return is approved due to a defect or error, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. For return approval, please contact us at mywhatever.clothing@gmail.com.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at mywhatever.clothing@gmail.com.
