Return and Refund Policy
At Whatever Clothing, your satisfaction is our top priority. Since our products are custom-made using a print-on-demand service, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly printed, please contact us at mywhatever.clothing@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable, at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom and Personalized Products: Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or errors on our part.
  • Buyer's Remorse: Returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other buyer's remorse situations are not accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. Please carefully review sizing charts and product details before placing your order.
Return Address
As our products are shipped directly from our print providers, we do not have a centralized return address. If a return is approved due to a defect or error, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
